Terms of service

Who we are

This site is operated by Teacher's Nook. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, and if we do we refund you in full. All prices are in US dollars.

Production timing

Our calendars are produced in runs. Delivery estimates shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Where we state that a run is intended to arrive before a date, and it will not, you may cancel for a full refund as set out in our refund policy.

Product images

Images show the design of the calendar. Small details in print, finish and the items inside may vary between production runs.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of being placed. See the refund policy for the full detail.

Intellectual property

All artwork, text and images on this site belong to Teacher's Nook and may not be copied or resold.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies.
