Shipping policy

Rates

Shipping is a flat $10 within the United States. International rates are calculated at checkout based on where you are.

Timing

These calendars are produced in a run rather than kept in a warehouse. We are building this batch now so that it reaches you in time to open door number one on December 1st.

Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours and tracked the whole way. If anything in the run slips and your order will not land before Christmas, we will tell you and you can take a full refund.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves. If the tracking has not moved in 7 days, email us and we will chase it for you.

Lost, stolen or damaged

If your parcel is lost or stolen in transit, we replace it or refund you. Shipping Protection at checkout covers this with no questions asked.

Outside the United States

We ship worldwide. Any customs duties or import charges are set by your own country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Wrong address

Check your address before you confirm. If it is wrong, email us within 12 hours and we will fix it.
