Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Here is exactly where you stand.

Cancelling

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it. After that your calendar is assigned to a box in the production run and we can no longer pull it out.

If it will not arrive before Christmas

These calendars are produced in a run and we are open about the timing. If at any point we know your order will not reach you in time to start on December 1st, we will email you first and you can take a full refund. You will not have to chase us for it.

Damaged, faulty or wrong

If your calendar arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, that is on us. Email support@teachersnook.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and the outer box. We will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. Reports after 14 days cannot be processed, because the carrier claim window has closed by then.

Change of mind after the 12 hour window

Each calendar is assigned, packed and sealed for one order, and the contents are seasonal. For that reason we cannot accept change-of-mind returns once the 12 hour window has passed. The two situations above are always covered, no matter what.

Returns have to be authorised first

Do not send anything back before we tell you to. Items returned without a return authorisation from us cannot be identified, matched to an order, or refunded. Where a return is authorised for a reason other than our error, the return shipping is paid by you and the item must come back unopened with every door still sealed.

Addresses, refused and unclaimed parcels

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will gladly send it out again once you cover the second shipping charge. If a parcel is refused at the door or left unclaimed and returns to us, we will refund the item but not the shipping we already paid.

Bundles and discounts

Refunds are always on the amount you actually paid, after any bundle pricing or discount code. If one calendar from a multi-pack is refunded, the remaining items are re-priced at their normal single price.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We issue them within 2 business days of approving them; your bank usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Before you open a dispute

If something is wrong, please email us first. We answer every message, and we can almost always fix it faster than a bank dispute can. A chargeback opened before you have contacted us freezes the order and stops us from replacing or refunding anything until the bank closes the case.
